| Supervisor Clocking, One Phone for All |
| TimeTec TA is a cloud solution for business attendance available on any web browser. There are a few ways to clock attendance in TimeTec TA, which include web clocking, FingerTec biometrics clocking and mobile clocking. For mobile clocking of TimeTec TA, an employee can only clock in through his or her phone and nobody else is permitted to clock by using the same phone and vice versa because the smartphone’s ID has been matched uniquely with the TimeTec User ID.
However, TimeTec acknowledges the fact that there are workers who simply can’t afford to own any smartphones or the nature of a job doesn’t permit them to use the phone at work for example, farm workers, construction workers, part time workers and many others. To include these groups, which often times are a part of a larger company, to benefit from TimeTec TA, we are pleased to introduce Supervisor Clocking, a feature whereby the Supervisor of a group can take attendance of his/her staffs by using a dedicated mobile phone loaded with TimeTec Mobile through Supervisor Clocking feature.

| In TimeTec TA, the supervisor will be assigned with his or her staff and with this, he can be the one who clocks for the group’s attendance using his mobile phone or the smartphone allocated for the job. The burden of proof will be under the supervisor to make sure that his team shows up for a job assigned and to not clock for those who are absent from the job. This feature also comes with a function to snap photo of the staff to be attached with the attendance data, in case the management or the company requires it to be included. In TimeTec TA, the data will be listed under clocking channel named Supervisor that indicates his/her supervisor was the one who clocked for this staff and the photo will be attached if available. Supervisor Clocking is a clever way to manage workforce in a group without having to invest a lot in time clocks or gadgets.
