TimeTec App Tailors to Staff Mobility & Flexibility

  Informative Dashboard
With an admin role, you can view a pie chart that provides you with your company’s workforce attendance overview. From there, details like how many staffs reached office on time, who are on leave, tardiness records and who did not clock-in are available. You can also view information of individual attendance summary by tapping on either the categories on the pie chart. This information can be filtered according to the divisions in the company and the relevant dates.

Admin also can use this dashboard for his/her personal attendance details. Swipe the screen to the left to view your own profile, keep track of your attendance at the self-discipline indicator, get your last clocking time and etc. The features in the personal page are exactly the same for other employees who acquire the user accounts.

  Flexible Clocking Options
Tap on the clocking feature in TimeTec App to clock from your smartphone and report to work regardless of your whereabouts. Worry not; the App will attach the GPS details to indicate your location at the time of the clocking.

TimeTec App is also loaded with Supervisor Clocking feature for superior to record staff attendance on behalf. This is suitable in working environment where staff do not have their own smartphones or the environment does not permit staff to bring electronic devices into work. In Supervisor Clocking, you can also capture your staff’s picture to accompany their clocking data.

  Viewing of Personal Roster
View your personal roster in TimeTec App to know your personal attendance performance, schedule, roster, leave and many more so that you can plan for your work and life activities accordingly.
  Ensuring Genuine Attendance & Disciplinary Compliance
Eliminating buddy punching, TimeTec App is configured to allow an employee to clock in only from one mobile device. Upon registering an account in one device the employee cannot access his or her account from another device.

And TimeTec App deploys GPS coordinate details to detect mobile location and record it along with attendance data leaving no rooms for time theft or other dishonest activities and attendance discipline problems.

  Get Real-Time Updates
TimeTec App thrives on real time, therefore you can get updates on your staff’s attendance automatically without having to wait for the data or do manual updates like most other conventional systems have to do.

With TimeTec App also, you can set notifications to stay informed on when your employees clock-in. For example, you are in retail industry and your retail stores have to be opened by 10am. Hence, you need your staff to prepare the store 30 minutes prior. You can set notification to know when your staff arrives and act accordingly if they failed to show up on time to avoid penalty from the building management.

  Pull Useful Reports
You can generate and print two reports in TimeTec App, Electronic Time Card and Tardiness Report. However, the reports are only available for individual user and selected dates only. If more comprehensive reports for all employees are required, web version is the way to go. Simply choose the user and date range you want the report to generate and save it in pdf format to view and print.
  Get Connected with Colleagues
TimeTec App provides the full list of staff contact under your purview according to your system roles and from there you can call, email and message them instantaneously.
  Notification
Notification is not only limited to monitoring of your staff’s attendance, it also covers greetings such as birthdays, announcements like memo and system updates for example, your FingerTec terminals lost their connection time.
  The Internet of Thing
NFC and Beacon will be added as devices that can connect to TimeTec App soon. Both tags are using Bluetooth technology to transfer data and TimeTec App will use the technology for attendance clocking purpose whereby users have to tap on the tag to report for attendance. The feature will be made available around the corner. Watch for the announcement.
